“To floss or not to floss first? …that is the question.”

This question is up for debate. However, I believe flossing before brushing is a wiser choice. When you floss before brushing, you remove plaque and debris from in-between the teeth, allowing the fluoride in the toothpaste to penetrate these interproximal spaces more effectively. Fluoride is incorporated in most all toothpastes to help strengthen and remineralize the tooth structure and prevent tooth decay.
