Dear Colleague,
Thank you for joining us for an excellent year of education. The pearls we take away are extremely beneficial to the patients we treat. I continually look forward to these very special Fridays of education.
We are very excited to present the line-up for the 2011-2012's Implant Residency in Advanced Restorative Implant Dentistry. The speakers, Drs. Gary Morris, Dean Vafiadis and Steven Goldstein are nationally and internationally recognized in the fields of restorative, cosmetic, periodontal, implant dentistry, photography, as well as practice management.
As always, the interactive and dynamic residency features treatment planning workshops on both simple and esthetic/full-mouth cases, hands-on labs, case presentations and much more. One of this year's features is hands-on photography with Dr. Steven Goldstein on December 2nd. Bring your cameras to this meeting.
The courses are all held on Fridays at our office teaching center. Program details are attached.

Dr. Morris received his dental degree from the University of Illinois and completed his residency in Prosthodontics at University of Missouri, Kansas City, Missouri. He is a member of the American College of Prosthodontics, the International College of Prosthodontics, the Academy of Osseointegration, the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society and the Chicago Dental Society. Dr. Morris has lectured extensively both nationally and internationally on implant prosthodontics and related implant topics and he has authored or co-authored numerous articles. Dr. Morris maintains a private practice, limited to prosthodontics and restorative dentistry, in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
Dr. Goldstein received his dental degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. He then received certificates in both Periodontics and Periodontal Prosthesis/Fixed Prosthetics from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Goldstein is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology, the Arizona State Dental association and various local dental societies and study groups. He has lectured nationally on implant dentistry and dental digital photography. Dr. Goldstein maintains a private practice limited to implant, prosthetic and cosmetic dentistry in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Dr. Vafiadis received his dental degree and Prosthodontic specialty Certificate from New York University College of Dentistry. He is Program Director of the Full Mouth Rehabilitation CE Course at NYU College of Dentistry and Associate Clinical Professor at NYU College of Dentistry. Dr. Vafiadis is a member of the American College of Prosthodontics, Academy of Osseointegration, Northeast Gnathological Society, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and American Dental Association. He is the founder of New York Smile Institute and maintains a private practice, limited to prosthodontics and implant dentistry, in New York City, NY.
