I-678 becomes Hutchinson River Parkway North. Merge onto I-95 N via Exit 6 toward New England/New Haven. Travel 36 miles crossing into CT. Take the CT Exit 21 Mill Plain Road. Turn right onto Mill Plain Road. Turn left onto Post Road/US-1. Turn right onto Old Post Road. Sonick Seminars Teaching Center is the first house on the right behind Chase Bank. There is ample parking in the back.
