Carole Brown

As the Practice Administrator, my goal is to ensure that every patient is well provided for, pampered, comfortable and completely satisfied with care. Our patients' needs are first and foremost at Fairfield County Implants & Periodontics. Each member of our organization, from the doctors to the clinical staff to the management, cherishes serving the community, and we treat those who visit us like VIPs. I take enormous pride in our work ethic, sincerity and treatment of patients.

Nadia Montiel

As a Patient Care Coordinator, I love warmly welcoming our patients to our practice and helping them become comfortable. It is completely satisfying to see their smiles dramatically improved by their experiences here. I am dedicated to my role in that transformation and truly appreciate the kindness and care Dr. Sonick and the rest of our team show everyday.

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, my goal is to educate each and every one of my patients so that they can enjoy the benefits of a healthy mouth and the esthetics of a beautiful smile. The foundation of our practice is based upon prevention so that patients require less not more dentistry. I feel blessed to be part of a team where the care of the patient comes first and patients are treated so well.

Verity Rollins

As a Clinical Surgical Assistant, patient care is passion I share with everyone in our office. It is that kind of absolute dedication that makes me proud to be a part of the Fairfield County Implants and Periodontics team. If you enjoy what you do, you will never work a day in your life; that truly conveys my position at our practice.

Liz Correia

As the Clinical Surgical Assistant and Dental Implant Coordinator, patients' requests and needs are paramount. When one of our patients thanks me for assisting the doctor during his or her procedure, I know that I am making a difference. Along with Drs. Sonick and MacDonnell, I strive to provide our patients with excellent experiences.

As a Clinical Surgical Assistant, my primary goal is to be understanding and compassionate. I delight in helping with our patients and their families during treatment. Our entire team is devoted to helping patients achieve their individual dental health goals. Because of this, my job is extremely rewarding and working with Drs. Sonick and MacDonnell is very gratifying.
